Hey Everyone! It has been a while since I last posted and for that I apologize.
Time sure flies by fast!! I have told myself to sit down and blog almost every day but today I am making it happen. I want to post regularly now. What do they say? Old research said it took 21 days to make a habit. Recent research says it takes 66 days to make a habit. No wonder it is so hard for us to make new habits!!!
It is much easier to break a habit than form one unfortunately. I have a hard time with routines such as physical therapy and exercise every day because I get so tired. It is a lot harder for people dealing with pain or other burdens to keep up on good habits. Stick with it though! For me, even though I am exhausted, physical therapy does help the pain. I just have to focus on the positive.
Think positive thoughts and do your best to keep good habits. It will make a happier and healthier life!
