Check in on those you care about, check in with those who live alone, check in with friends and family who are out there working and saving lives during this crisis and thank them!

SHARE YOUR STORY
If you are willing to share your story and explain what life is like with your particular invisible illness, I would love to feature you on the Invisible Me website in the Story section. Part of the website is to educate people about what it is like to live with an invisible illness. Who better to learn from than someone knows exactly what it is like! All I need is: your name (or anonymous), what your invisible illness is, a photo of you or a photo to go with your story, and your story (in about 300-400 words)!
Send your story to email@example.com! I look forward to hearing from you!
It is important to take care of your mental health! Break the stigma! Show compassion to those with mental illness. Educate yourself and others. Be open and talk about mental health. Together we can break the stigma!
